Woman spends £20 on Amazon mystery charity shop bag but what's inside floors her

A woman who snapped up a £20.00 mystery Amazon bag at a local charity shop was left totally floored by what was inside when she opened it up. Becky, known as Becky's Bazaar on TikTok, explained she headed to a Barnardo's store to have a look around and decided to purchase something called a "mystery bag", but she had the shock of her life when she opened it up.

Sharing a viral clip online, she couldn't help but laugh at the situation, and she explained what happened in the lead up to the big reveal. When she spotted it in the shop she thought there must be "something good in it", so she decided to give it a chance but, despite her high hopes, it's fair to say Becky wasn't prepared for what happened next.

When she picked the bag up, Becky admitted it felt "really light", so she wondered what could be inside that's worth £20.00. She told the shop assistant she thought it looked "cool", and then purchased the bag before leaving the charity shop.

Showing off the bag, Becky said: "Right then mum, shall we open up this £20.00 mystery bag from this charity shop?" They admitted it was one of the "most expensive" and "lightest" ones they've ever bought.

After opening it up, Becky exclaimed: "What?" Her mum then added: "It's empty", before they both started laughing in disbelief.

Becky added: "Oh my gosh, they're not going to believe that it's empty." She then went back into the stop and explained what happened.

The shop assistant told Becky: "You bought the display one. That's what you've done." Becky then laughs and admits she thought that may have been the case.

After sorting out the mishap, Becky was given a new mystery bag that she admitted was "a lot more full." The situation left people in hysterics as they thought it was so funny.

Over 90,000 people have viewed the video since it was shared, and people were quick to comment too. They couldn't help but share their thoughts on the hilarious incident.

One wrote: "That was hilarious. Can't wait to see what's inside the mystery bag. Always a fun surprise."

A second added: "That's something that would happen to me. Glad you got the goodies in the end." A third replied: "The human mind always manages to surprise me."

Meanwhile, a fourth also commented: "Good thing you didn't open it when you got it home. Would have had to drive all the way back."

In a follow-up video, Becky went on to reveal what was inside the second bag she was given, and it was "jam-packed" full of stuff. Items included strings to hang photographs on, a make up bag, earrings, some bracelets and hair rollers.

There was also a packet of Croc charms, hair oil, soap and some more jewellery. If you're in to your music the bag also featured a Neil Diamond CD, among some other bits.

In the end, Becky wasn't left disappointed, and the mix up left everyone laughing. We all make the silliest mistakes sometimes, and it's hard not to laugh at them.
